Are the covers washable?
Yes. All of the covers are machine washable and can easily be removed. We include an inner liner with every product. The liner holds the foam, thus making it easy to remove the outer cover.
What do I do when my package arrives?
1. Remove plastic from Liner and Foam – Do not use a sharp object (you don’t want to cut your liner!)
2. Insert liner and foam into cover and zip up the cover.
3. Roll the bag around and fluff it up. Air will fill back into the foam and your new giant bean bag will be almost full size in about 24 hours.
4. Sit and enjoy!
Note: The more you roll and fluff the bag the quicker the foam will return to full size after shipping. Allow 24 hours for bag to reach 90% of size. It will continue to expand a bit for the next few days.
How is it delivered?
We ship via Federal Express. Most FedEx drivers will leave a package at your door. It is a good idea to leave them a note on your door instructing them what to do with your package if you will not be home for delivery. Please note that Federal Express does not ship to PO Boxes.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind everything we sell. Return the item in its original product packaging within 30 days of delivery for a 110% refund of the purchase price.
We will credit you for the total purchase price once we have received the returned item. Products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. All you have to pay is the return shipping.

When will my order ship?
Items that are in stock will usually leave our warehouse within 5 business days (but usually within 2 days).Special orders can take longer to ship and may not leave until 5 business days after the order is placed.You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the state of Nevada.
What if I just want to buy the cover?
Covers are available to purchase by themselves. Please contact Customer Service for a special order.
